11.3 MICROSOFT POWER AUTOMATE INTEGRATION

iGlobe CRM is a SharePoint online App. All data are stored in SharePoint list. This means you can use Microsoft Power Automate and create flow to atomate processes and create Workflows.

To do that you will need the unique URL of your CRM App. For example

https://XXXXX.sharepoint.com/sites/XXXX/IGlobeCRM

The second thing you will need to know about is the name of the list you want to get data to or from.

Here is a list of the most commonly used list.
