2.1 CONFIGURATION

After successfully completing the app deployment, you are ready to configure the app. All you have to do is launch the app in Microsoft Teams. Open Microsoft Teams and click on Apps. If you cannot see it as below, click on “Build for your Organization”

IMPORTANT, Before you start the App make sure you have the URL for the SharePoint site you created. We will need it during the App configuration. 
 
"If Admin consent is not given by a Global Administrator at this point, a popup will require to give admin consent. ”

When you start the App will open in the chat showing a blank page. Now click on CRM and you will get a popup where you must enter the URL for the SharePoint site you created. For example: https://iglobecopilot.sharepoint.com/sites/iGlobeCRMForTeams

The CRM App is now being set up, creating all relevant list on the SharePoint Site. Notice! That can take a couple of minutes.
